◇ About Petsitter Yamanote ACS
Yamanote ACS was established in 1993 in Tokyo

ACS means Animal Care Service, we specialize sitting for dogs, cats, birds, small animals.

We also serve the taxi for pets ( going for a hospital, pet trimming, moving, etc), dog training, and of course only dog walking.
  We will be more than happy to help you in any ways we can.

We have pleasure in informing you that our company is changing from a limited company to a joint-stock company.
  As a result of this, we are able to offer our customers better services. We believe this will greatly benefit our customers.

◇  How to order

・  Please contact us with an e-mailor a facsimile.  If you are in hurry,please call us.

・  We would appreciate having yourorder from 1 week to 10 days before.

・  We will visit your house to make an arrangements for sitting your pet, and if you need,
      we will keep your house key.

・  We will visit your house onsitting day, take care of your pets, and write a report about sitting.
◇   Services

・  Cats    Giving food and water, Cleaning of theirtoilet or cage, Playmate, etc.

・  Dogs    Giving food and water, Cleaning of theirtoilet or cage, Playmate, Walking, etc.

・  Small animals    Giving food and water, Cleaning of theirtoilet or cage, etc.

・  Other    Giving water to plants, Taking in mails, etc

・  Optional services     Go shopping to buy pet foods.

◇   Rates for basic sitting service ( per 1 time )

・ Small animals, Cats (up to 2)                               2,000-2,300yen   plus   500yen for each extra animal

・ Small dog (including walking for 30 min)                 2,300yen   plus 700yen for each extra dog

・  Medium-sized dog (includingwalking for 30 min)      2,300yen   plus 1000yen for each extra dog

・  Medium-sized dog (includingwalking for 40 min)      2,500yen  plus  1500yen for each extra dog

・  Large-sized dog (includingwalking for 30 min)         2,500yen  plus  2000yen for each extra dog

・  Large-sized dog (includingwalking for 60 min)         2,800yen  plus  2000yen for each extra dog


         ( We have discount rates for the reservation for longer than 3 month etc. Please ask.)

◇Transportation expenses

Depends on whereyou live.  Please ask.  1 round trip = 200yen ~ 800yen

◇Rates for training

   ・ Counseling for the first time ( 1hour)                              4,350yen plus transportation expenses

                     (Saturday ,Sanday &horiday)                           5,000yen plus transportation expenses

   ・ Rate for training (week day, 1hour)                                4,350yen  plus transportation expenses

                      (Saturday ,Sanday &horiday)                         5,000yen  plus transportation expenses

◇  Rates for taxi     ※WE ARE NOT PROVIDING PET TAXI TO TRANSPORT YOUR PETS.

   ・  We charge on those section. 〈our office → the starting place → the destination>

   ・  Cats, Small dog, Small animals( up to 3animals)        3,000yen  per 1hour + gasoline fee.

   ・  Middle sized dog (up to 2 dogs)                             3,000yen  per 1 hour + gasoline fee.

   ・  Large sized dog (up to 1 dog)                               3,500yen  per 1 hour + gasoline fee.

◇  Extra fee ( Please ask.)

  ・  Early morning and late night.

  ・  Year-end and New year’s holidays, Golden weekholidays, “Bon” season.

◇　Sitting service hours

　    April – September   7:00am – 8:30pm ( Walking : until 8:00pm )
       October – March    7:30am – 8:00pm ( Walking : until 7:30pm )
